Haven't had a single issue from them. If you don't have the money to spend on electronics, I recommend the geek squad refurbished option. You will not be disappointed.

Noise reducing not cancelling

I’ve tried both pieces for fit and neither stay really well in my ears. They are definitely not noise cancelling. They do reduced the noise a little bit. I got maybe 4 hours of playtime on a full charge. I still may end up returning them.
