Box was extremely damaged. Item came without the ear bud attachments therefore, I had to order them myself separately. Battery life is poor due to the beats consistently trying to connect to my phone for some reason, they’ll die within an hour or two after charging. Overall, I do not recommend buying anything refurbished through Best Buy.

Not sure how to charge this up. Open box, seems like something is missing. Returning.

ipods are better ; however the bass on the beats are legit

These ear buds are really nice but they refused to stay in my ears. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing.

Overall the earbuds were great they can connect to my phone and computer easily the ANC works great. the transparency mode is the best part because I can listen and talk at the same time.

great headphones. used to have the airpod pro 1st gens, these are miles better. may not have spatial audio, but these are great for the price. battery life is a little iffy, otherwise theyre great.

I got the refurbished ones refurbished came like brand new with only two fittings for the ear piece small and large and i got the large for myself i give it 5 out of 5 and very happy with my purchase thank you best buy.

They work fine but why would anybody ship these out with no cushions for the ears? Seems like someone would have caught that.

So far so good. I got them refurbished because I wanted to try to brand first. I have had so many bad experiences with ear buds. So far, these don't fall out as much, charge fairly quickly, and are pretty easy to use. Not huge battery life. Not as annoying re: connecting.

Missing some earbuds which a lot of reviews said, even though they’re advertised to include them all. I felt they should’ve looked a little cleaner.. I know they’re refurbished but I don’t think I should’ve felt like I needed to thoroughly sanitize them before wearing

I purchased Geek Squad certified used pair of Beats Studio buds since the design attracted me. After one day of experience I decided to return them. I am still considering purchasing a brand new pair and give another try.

Not sure if this is the problem but people have problems hearing me. And the noise cancellation don’t work fully.

The appearance of the studio beats is perfect and everything worked as well.

I bought these refurbished ones for my daughter and she immediately noticed that they weren’t cleaned very well in the speaker area and also it doesn’t come with the charging cable as well.but I do know that these beats are a set of pods because my son have a pair.

Great sound when listening to music, but the microphone is horrible. People have a hard time hearing you when on a call. Would not recommend for phone calls. Great for listening to music.
