    Refurb purchase, came nice and clean with everything except original ear tips, packaging was horrible on the outside but everything fine inside, but ears got too hot from wearing for just a couple minutes.

    I have been very happy with these. They didn't come with a manual, being refurbished I guess I didn't mind because i found instructions online. Quality product and have had no issues with them. Charges quickly and fits comfortably in my ears.

    Returned, did not hold a charge and sound quality was bad. Replaced with a brand new set. Huge difference in sound quality. This is my second pair so i can keep at work

    My beat are not performing as expected. The charge is know longer than 3 hours . The sound is pretty good however not work the price. I will take them back for a refund. I need some more ear bugs

    Very disappointed in the sound quality. I had bought a refurb and the unit actually looked very good, so no problems there. I think the reason they had a lot of refurbs from returns is that the sound quality is just not there. I was coming from Air Pod Pros that got lost and thought these would be at least in the same league, not so. I have a pair of generic beaters that sound about the same as these. The only reason I give 2 stars is that they do support "find my..." from the iPhone app, so that's a plus.
