    Bought as "REFURBISHED" ...the box was all in shred ...the extra ear buds was not even in the box .... it was scattered in the the mailing bag. WAS VERY IRATE .... 1st time that BEST BUY made me so disappointed in 25+ years....It would have been shameful if I had walked in BEST BUY store and showed the packaging .... no one would have believe me. OH, the earphone did not even work, WORST I WAS MORE IRATE HOW THEY CAN SHIP AN EARPHONE IN A BROKEN/TEAR UP BOX ..as mentioned, the 1 extra earbud was outside the RIP UP box

    These are my go-to earphones. They have worked amazingly well. Noise Cancelling isn't amazing but gets the job done.

    I couldn’t pair with my iPhone 12. Even the person in customer service couldn’t make it happened n her phone. So disappointed… it’s a beautiful pair of earphones. Just returned them. I have no idea what’s their quality sound
