Ordered these beats earbuds they were refurbished one of the store reps said most of the time people purchase them and return them nothing is wrong with them but because they’ve been opened they are classified as refurbished first day I paired them I noticed that the right earbuds had this crackling and popping thing going on and the left earbuds you can’t hear nothing at all and when you connect them and open your phone to see the battery life the numbers jump so I returned them to the store she tells me to go grab another pair I see some in the case that are refurbished so I’m wanting those get to the register and the guy says oh we can’t sell those they have to be purchased online, I’ve never heard of nothing like this in my life!

they didn't work took them for repairs and not resolved cannot answer any of the questions because they did not work.

Great pair of headphones when they are working, but the battery on them dies fast after owning them this long.

They do not stay in your ear no matter how many difficult size cushion tips you try. Short battery life

I misplaced my Apple AirPods so I thought, I’d give these a try. These are very uncomfortable in the ear. They die after about 2 hours of use. So if you are like me who needs them for long virtual meetings/calls or like to listen to books/music while doing DIY home projects, these are not the best fit that use. The over-all quality is poor, the case is bulky, made of cheap material didn’t appear or feel durable. Feels like the hinge that opens/closes the lid will give up/break soon. There was also a mild sound which I didn’t experience with the Apple AirPods. Will be giving something else a try or just suck it up and buy another Apple set
