If you go and read description of refurbished items it says that they sanitize these items. Lies! These were sent to me so disgustingly dirty full and I mean full of wax literally like honey in these. Disappointed and disgusted is how I feel.

Haven’t had the chance to pair to any device yet due to cleaning and reviewing missing items. My product is missing ear tip accessories. A lot to be desired here.
