    2 stars because they work. If you go and read description of refurbished items it says that they sanitize these items. Lies! These were sent to me so disgustingly dirty full and I mean full of wax literally like honey in these. Disappointed and disgusted is how I feel.

    You’d think Best Buy would at least clean their products during the refurb process. Haven’t had the chance to pair to any device yet due to cleaning and reviewing missing items. My product is missing ear tip accessories. A lot to be desired here. This item may be returned in short order.
