The item's quality is subpar and does not meet my expectations. Despite being refurbished, the product lacks the level of quality I anticipated. I’m disabled and took them back about 3 weeks later when I was able to but was told I had to return them within 2 weeks. They didn’t work ever so I don’t see how they would even sell them.

It was refurbished, however one ear piece didnt work and one did, also the charging was all messed up, not sure if it submerged in water or what, but Best Buy did give me a refund no problem , but im leaving the review for the refurbished ear phones
