These are truly the worst wireless headphones ever made. They are not noise cancelling and a few weeks after I purchased them, they stopped working intermittently. I went to the best buy website and I was past the return by deadline by two days. The return policy is less than a month. Probably so they can sell "refurbished" items that will break shortly after buying. 0/5 do not recommend.

The battery dies so fast especially the buds. Maybe because it was refurbished

These beats don’t not work you can bearly hear the volume is so low like the color is nice but the volume is just upsetting

Sound quality is not good. I had some older beats and the sound was soo good, these are really disappointing.

My daughter loves the way its sounds. She says it sounds like she is talking face to face with her friends.

I don’t like them they don’t stay in your ear. I have to keep pushing them in my ear. The sound quality is poor even on the quiet comfort mode.

Battery life is sub par. Doesn't always charge when put in case

I bought the beats because I have had a pair before. Coming off owning a pair of AirPod pros. The sound quality is crap compared to the AirPods. Not to mention I ordered a red refurbished pair and they sent me the white, with no medium ear pieces, case was really banged up and terrible. I would spend the extra money to get a brand new pair! Would NOT recommend!

Headphones are fine, everything seems to work so far, but they're missing the medium silicone tips, which is my size. The description specifically states in multiple places that all four tip sizes are included, but this is false.

These shipped with no instructions. No papers at all. Might be a good earbud set, if I knew how to use them

Got this refurbished and it did not come with the cushion bud tips. Because it was in 'good' condition, the best buy associate said it can have missing parts. But how do you use the earbuds without the tips????!?!??? Very disappointed.

It’s ok but it didn’t come with the ear tips I had to order them separately. Not happy that I had to order them separately.

Left ear bud does not work and I am stuck with these due to them being a gift for my spouse while they were away at annual training for the military and we passed the 15 day return. Will find another option to purchase electronics in the future

Theae earbuds are ok. The battery life is not gŕeat.

I love my noise cancelling beats earphones. The quality of sound is great. Easy to pair with phone.

Was missing all of the accessories. Would not get loud

Noise cancelling sucks, i get overstimulated my noise, and these didn't help it seemed to do nothing. They're constantly falling out of my ears even if i wash both my ears and the headphones. It's hard keeping track of the case, and both headphones when they constantly come out. I wouldn't walk on the stairs with these because they may fall out and someone will step on it. These are god awful, if you want good headphones don't get these.
