Frustrated & Tired of Trying!!!

I'm not sure if it's because they are refurbished, but it shouldn't have any bearing on whether or not they pair. I do know how to do the process but these will not work, so they're going back.

Defective piece but claims as re certified

It was pretty embarrassing a certified refurbished Beats from BestBuy behaving like this.

Bad buds

The earbuds case, but the buds weren’t in it. They were lose in the shipping container. Plus missing some of the earbud tips. Very unhappy with this.

Not worth it

Only lasted 1mon and a half, and died on me. Also other pair that i bought. Lasted the same, only 1 side works. Buy new with warranty

Didn't even turn on.

Let them charge for an hour and still had zero lights on the headphones. They also only came with two earbud sizes instead of three.
