They sound very good and block outside noise very well but broke very easily and wouldn’t pair with Bluetooth, I usually just use one when I have them but yeah there nice. I’m waiting in a new pair now.

I usually don't try earbuds because I like bass in my music but I am shocked how good these are for the size. Hint: the bigger the earbud you put on it the more bass you will experience.

The product itself was clean and fully functional, but it looked more like a returned item than a refurbished one, as it came in the original box that was previously opened and worn, and was missing the medium ear tips. Customer service helped with my concerns, and the product continues to function as expected.

Awesome sound quality. Battery life is phenominal.

First time buying a refurbished product from best buy, therefore had all the concerns you may have. The slightly worn down box and items inside looked new and items have performed like new, therefore I would buy again.

Preforms well. But if you workout alot and sweat. Your ear buds will get distorted and ear bleeding sounds will occur.

Like others have mentioned, they did not come with the original medium size earbuds. Also, the controls are push button which forces you to press the headphones deeper into your ear canal every time you need to change anything. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Also, it didn’t even come in a box. Was like they took the inner packaging out of the original box and just wrapped it in bubble wrap.Will be returning.

Had these over a week, so far no issues. Quality is good. I still need to get use to the noise canceling from earbuds (sounds like your ears are clogged from the pool lol). These also have transparency mode so you can hear outside the buds while wearing them so you can hear other people who may be talking to you. Pretty cool i think. Price was great that's mainly why i got them. Only issue I have are the fact that these are small and I feel like I could loose them and I am very self aware of my things. These are my first true wireless in-ear buds. I came from the beats true wireless that goes over the ear.
