Best Christmas present for secret santa and I still see him wearing it around

I like them but not the best especially since they were refurbished. One bud only lasts about an hour. I was able to return but not exchange. I won't but any other refurbished items in the future

I bought two of these in April and my grabddaughter loves using hers for the noise cancelling feature and discreet design.

The headphones do not work properly, I would suggest only buying them brand new. I have not gotten more than one use out of them

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas and she love the way it work and they’re as helpful as there as they are when she have things to do and her hands need to be free

Great for sound but the design is terrible. Hard to grasp them to pull of of the case. More just annoying but enough to make me lesve a review.

Size M ear tips are not inside the package neither on the buds,and that’s the only size fits me right. can I get a replacement please

REFUBISHED review here TL;DR: Don't expect the 4 matching colored tips if you order a refurb. You'll probably get less than the 4 sizes and probably in the wrong color. One star review and this is why: I ordered two pairs, a clear and a white (ivory). The buds are supposed to come with FOUR SIZES of tips IN THE COLOR you order. One is supposed to be preinstalled on the buds, the other 3 are in a little box. On the clear I ordered: this set of refurbished buds came in the original box but there were no tips on the device, only the 3 in the box. On the White (Ivory): They sent me BLACK tips and only small/large. Only two tips, not four. In both cases these appear to be beats tips however I think BestBuy when they refurb are lazy and don't grab the right color, don't make sure you have 4 tips, or grab beats tips that aren't "Studio Bud +" set of 4. You can get on Apple support and buy the 4 tips for about $10. You can also go to the apple store and buy them. But now I'm refurbishing them myself. I'm heading to BB for an adjustment. At least go through the effort of including the right tips and not having an ugly black and white combo.

Everything seems ok but these did not come with medium sized tips. This is the second set of earbuds I've bought refurbished from Best Buy and neither one came with medium tips even though the description specifically states that all the tip sizes are included. That statement is completely false, and they are missing the size that I need.
