Sound quality is okayyy does the job for the price

The product was advertised as refurbished and Geek Squad certified, but what I received appeared to be simply used and returned by the previous owner. It was very dirty inside, as if it hadn’t even been cleaned. If this is what qualifies as “certified,” I’m quite disappointed and would never trust any Best Buy certified products.

Horrible, came straight from geek squad certificate whenn I did open inside the store was nasty dirty with pieces of serum from the ear, with out charging cable and very damage. Nothing as them describe in the page.

Very good the first month but then the failure I had came back and it was never fixed but only on the left side, but after that everything is fine

The headphones do not work properly, I would suggest only buying them brand new. I have not gotten more than one use out of them

These earbuds have some flaws but not sure if it was my fair I get like vibration in the left ear bud not sure why

Very bad the headphone never connected to my phone and I tried connecting to another phone but still the same I didn’t get to use it ever very very bad

When I talked on phone people on other end couldn’t make out what I was saying because I would break up. Listening to music on walks they worked fine.

The noise canceling did not work and the microphone sucks no one can hear me on a phone call. Overall not good quality even with the lower expectations of refurbished. 1.5/5

This review is more about the disgusting packaging and my trust in the item than how it functioned . The box was torn up and haphazardly masking taped. The inside of the packaging was also torn up, and I had no faith that the ear pieces were clean. I've purchased other refurbished items and was very satisfied. This one actually grossed me out. I didn't even try them and returned them immediately. I ended up purchasing new ones. I had to give stars for the review, so I gave 3's not for functionality, but it made me rate even though it says "optional"

This product did not function well. Poor quality hearing others as well vice versa.

Waste of money unless you plan on using them under like gaming head phones
