No Warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I received the earbuds I had issues pairing to my phone. After 3 attempts they paired. Then I unsuccessfully tried pairing to my Peloton. I thought that the Peloton may have a strange protocol so I didn’t worry. Then I tried pairing to my laptop - again unsuccessfully. On my last plane trip the left bud failed. I bought them in October and they tell me there is no warranty. Yes, I should have sent them back right away. Total Fail.

Purchased but, didn’t work.

Since receiving it I have YET been able to connect to any devices I own. Now, what do I do? Send it back? Take it to a Best Buy store and see if they have any luck? Call APPLE since I believe they own Beats. Oh, the humanity!!

Cheaper brand new in store

Dont waste your time go get it cheaper at the retail store. Refurbished means not new guys. Get it together. Product is great if you want a pair just dont waste your money if its cheaper new.

Refurb product cost more than new
