These headphones sound amazing look amazing and overall are phenomenal earbuds. They continue to randomly disconnect from phone calls over and over again. I have an iphone 16 pro max and they continue to have this issue. I brought in the first pair and replaced it and they continue to do the same thing. Not sure if its just me with this issue and it only happens with these earbuds

Everything came, all pieces. Nice and clean. Could have told me they were brand new. Save yourself the money and get them refurbished. Sound quality is amazing!

Worked as intended and in my personal opinion better than the base AirPods. Love the transparency for bike rides and noise canceling for home options.

Excellent quality earbuds and excellent and fast service with getting my earbuds replaced. The only complication my refurbished pair that I originally bought had a whirring problem in one ear but the service to get a new pair was extremely simple and fast. But I will probably be avoiding their refurbished stock in the future, if this is the quality to expect from their “certified” repair.

Biggest Steal great price and Great audio sound quality

The product itself match the expectation, the sound is impeccable, hopefully there will no any be issues. The earbud tips included are useless, could not be attached to the earbuds, Charger is not included. Same issues I have had with refurbished Samsung earbuds I've ordered couple of weeks ago, it seems is done on purpose, at least for missing charger, mismatching tips are matter of negligence, thus poor overall rating.

It is nicely packaged and it has pretty good sound quality i have had them for at least 1 year already and they work perfectly fine

The left ear bud still doesn’t do noise canceling and you hear a vibrating sound through it

When I received the earbuds I had issues pairing to my phone. After 3 attempts they paired. Then I unsuccessfully tried pairing to my Peloton. I thought that the Peloton may have a strange protocol so I didn’t worry. Then I tried pairing to my laptop - again unsuccessfully. On my last plane trip the left bud failed. I bought them in October and they tell me there is no warranty. Yes, I should have sent them back right away. Total Fail.

Not the most snug fit also the button function is quite odd

I bought this item and it took jumping through many hoops to finally get the item delivered. Since receiving it I have YET been able to connect to any devices I own. Now, what do I do? Send it back? Take it to a Best Buy store and see if they have any luck? Call APPLE since I believe they own Beats. Oh, the humanity!!

Falls off very easily, and you can't adjust the sound settings. Dont recommend

Saw product new in store for much lower price. Dont waste your time go get it cheaper at the retail store. Refurbished means not new guys. Get it together. Product is great if you want a pair just dont waste your money if its cheaper new.

Have the first gen product. Looking to upgrade to a newer version, and stumbled across these Refurbished Beats. Sadly they cost $30 more than a brand new exact item.
