    Box was extremely damaged. Item came without the ear bud attachments therefore, I had to order them myself separately. Battery life is poor due to the beats consistently trying to connect to my phone for some reason, they’ll die within an hour or two after charging. Overall, I do not recommend buying anything refurbished through Best Buy.

    These things do not stay in your ears very well. They constantly fall out. I had them two weeks before one fell out and instantly got run over by a car. I’ve tried changing the size of the rubber ear pieces however that didn’t help.
