    I couldn’t pair with my iPhone 12. Even the person in customer service couldn’t make it happened n her phone. So disappointed… it’s a beautiful pair of earphones. Just returned them. I have no idea what’s their quality sound

    I had to returned it, it was getting disconnect from my phone all the time. I changed it for Link Buds and very happy with it.
