Good for listening music. Call quality is ok indoors but not good outdoors. Mic picks up too much noise. good value on sale.

Sound quality is very good but they do not fit and stay in my ears without constant adjustment. Purchased on line. They arrived without different size rubber inserts. Then had to purchase an adapter to charge them because my Apple charger wouldn’t work. Disappointed to say the least.

Nothing to brag about. Doesnt have wireless charging,but at least it has c type charging. Think my samsung buds plus sound better

It was broken even though it said certified refurbished so I had to return it three days later. With that being said just buy things new . Outside of that I actually like BEST BUY.

Bought these refurbished when I thought I lost an AirPod.. upon receiving these I noticed the little rubbery piece that actually goes in your ear was missing and the loudness of these are terrible!! I could hear my television playing and kids talking over these at max volume!! Needless to say I’m glad I found my AirPod and would have returned these immediately if I actually had time to go to the next town to a ups store… so I wasted 75 dollars on junk that was partially refurbished (if at all) by Best Buy!! Totally disappointed, but still not sure if the beats are trash or the refurbish job, either way I got screwed

Item came in a huge mostly empty carb board box with item floating around and the eartips out of the box. Also only included was a pair of small ear tips. One large and one medium. Now i have to go buy a new set of eartips before i can use them. Very disappointed from bestbuy. Makes me question their “Certified” standards.

I sound far to everyone on the phone it's truly upsetting also it needs to go on the charging box if not it'll stay connected when you remove from ear ..

USB Wall charger sold separately is ridiculous. If you include the charging, cable you should include the actual charger to plug it into, otherwise these are useless.

Ive had two pairs (only because i lost one) and not one problem.

They don't hold a charge well. An hour into my workout, battery is down to 50 percent.

I was happy to have them delivered so fast and i would rate the service 10/10
