The sound while the beats worked for about an hour sounded good. I must have gotten a defective pair. I returned them to purchase another brand.

Very disappointed.

I even had a $60 reward certificate. So it only cost $25. It is not worth it. The sound quality is poor. It doesn’t play very loud. And it doesn’t sound nearly as good as the ear buds that came with my phone. I’m returning it tomorrow.

Went through numerous chats online and calls to customer service with product sent again with still missing the medium size eartip. Never was able to obtain a replacement complete. Quality control needs improvement. Shipping good.
