It felt too large, constantly slipping out, which made for a less than ideal listening experience.

NOT properly Geek Squad certified

Although being Geek Squad certified requires that all original accessories be included with the product, ours did NOT come with the alternate rubber insert sizes, which was the #1 reason we bought them. *Luckily* the default size is a good fit so far, but this is the second device I’ve purchased in as many months alleged to be “Geek Squad” certified that is empirically *not* (the other was a monitor with a thick line of dead pixels). As a former Geek Squad member, i hope they officially get their ish together.

New not so new beats

I purchased them thinking they were new but they were refurbished. I was doubtful at first but they have performed well and are better than airpods because they they don’t have the long stem hanging from your ears.
