    The call quality was so low. One of the earpods sounds was not good compared to the other. Battery life was fair. Other than that the product was in a good shape.

    I bought these refurbished and had a lot of problems with the noise cancelling, microphone, and sound quality. The noise cancelling cut in and out constantly. The microphone never worked. And the earbuds would crackle and squeak into my ears at random causing headaches. I’m sure if you bought these new, they would be excellent. But buying these refurbished was a mistake.
