Refurbished but didnt work

It was refurbished, however one ear piece didnt work and one did, also the charging was all messed up, not sure if it submerged in water or what, but Best Buy did give me a refund no problem , but im leaving the review for the refurbished ear phones

They are not noise cancelling and a few weeks after I purchased them, they stopped working intermittently. I went to the best buy website and I was past the return by deadline by two days. The return policy is less than a month. Probably so they can sell "refurbished" items that will break shortly after buying. 0/5 do not recommend.
