This is a good speaker, good sound and good bass,,

I dislike the lack of a carry case . I also dislike the way the sound sounds and this is based on someone who owns an original beats pill. Maybe the newer versions are okay though

Not impressed, almost all my headphones are Beats, so I thought I would move from JBL portable speakers to this new Beats speaker. but it did not play anything close to loud and the music quality was ok. Definitely was not impressed by music quality and volume, the physical quality built looks very good. Returned the next day and got a Flip 6

At low volume it sounds good but when you increase volume its sounds warbly and distorted not sure if was a defective but at high volume its terrible.

I love this little powerhouse. The size is perfect- not too small, but small enough to carry around loose or in a bag. It is a little heavy compared to similar size portable speakers, but i think that speaks to how well-made it is. The red color makes a statement without being obnoxious in my opinion. The sound is everything you would expect from a Beats product- loud, crisp, clear. The bass comes through without distorting. It took a few tries to get the Bluetooth connection to pair to my phone, but once connected it has been fine. The Beats app allows for easy setup. There are no equalizer settings to change that I could find, but I didn't see a reason to change them personally. You can pair this with another Pill speaker through the app to increase your sound coverage, or pair it with another Pill and set one for right channel and one for left channel to give your space a stereo surround sound. You can also take calls through the speaker directly. I would highly recommend this product.

Its alright… I would rather go Bose personally. I feel like they could have done a better job on the Pill refresh.

Nearly a year from purchase, this speaker barely holds a battery charge, and when it does charge it takes forever to get to 100% and also dies extremely fast and doesn’t even let you turn it on immediately while plugged in. I would honestly not recommend it at all. Luckily I have a JBL clip 4 that can hold me over til I can get a real speaker but I will not be buying a beats pill when I do that’s for sure. There is only 2 saving graces IMO 1. Quick connect with Apple iPhones 2. Bluetooth range is great

Its Ok for the price, not to loud. If you want something loud nice base this is not it.

Im not sure why other people complimented this speaker and saying it was good and sounded well. This speakee is not worth the price of over $100. My current speaker i got from Amazon for $32 sounded better. Only reason i was looking for another speaker is because my current one doesnt last long. But yes the sound and quality of this speaker is very low.

Its not what I expected. Its not loud enough, I cant get it so sound right, tried to adjust the EQ but cant get it to where i like it. Next time I would go for a JBL.

Sound quality is ok but not as well as the first set of beats pills that were discontinued. I returned mine because I also found that it was not very loud. I purchased a JBL which I was fully satisfied with!

These should be recalled because many are having batteries die just like the XL model. Mine only works plugged in now( have only had for 7 months). Its also not as loud as it was when i bought it. I would give 0 stars, much better options available. Very dissapointed

I bought the speaker to use in my classroom and struggle to get it to connect to my computer every time I use it. It might even connect, but then the connection drops. Many times, it connects to student devices instead of my device and I have no way to control it or prevent that from happening.

Its just ok but I expected better from beats. Returned and got jbl

Bought an open box, excellent condition and it came dented and the cable was dirty and pretty sure it wasn't the original one. Speaker performs as expected.

Had to get replaced less than 30 days of ownership

Just buy a JBL. I was so excited to buy this but my old JBL had better sound range and base
