If you wear glasses I wouldn't recommend it

Good for calm use, not so much for rough work

Didn't read the directions, been wearing headphones for a while, didn't think it was necessary. Otherwise sound quality is ridiculous and still worth the money. Also they seem to pop out my ears at time, but my ears are weird.
