    Best Headphones I've ever had!

I looked at all of the brands, read a lot of reviews on this site months ago, then came back, went to best buy, walked away, came back a few weeks later.. I think what was making me worried was the price on these things and then some of the negative 1 or 2 star reviews. But then I'd read the 4 and 5 start reviews where people rave about these as being great. I purchased them because i love to work out and want good sound. It's not all about the base for me as i love my rock music as well as my coast to coast pod-casts. The sounds and audio of these headphones is the best that I've ever heard. I'd buy them 100 times over again if i had to. Here is what I want you to do if you are on the fence. Got to Best Buy and buy them for $150.00 make sure you buy the $19.99 2 year warranty. You have 30 days to try them, if you feel that they aren't right for you simply take them back for a full refund of your $169.99.......oh you won't be taking them back i can guarantee you.

I enjoy the PowerBeats very much. I've had them for some time now and haven't experienced the problems expressed by some here. A friend suggested I get a pair and he's had his for a while now and he uses his on a daily basis. It has to be how they are handled I guess. I did get a warranty just in case because they are pricey and should anything go wrong I get a new pair. I'm wondering what the over the ear beats might sound like.

Sound is above average. These things seriously stay put. I run 3 miles every morning and lift weights 3-4 days a week and I never have to reinsert or adjust them. The mic for calls is clear, but I have been told my standard issue iPhone mic makes me sound clearer. These allow for ambient noise and prove a nice balance of sound and safety.

I originally had the in-ear version, but they wouldn't stay in my ear as I would run or work out. Then one of the bud speakers blew so I went and returned them opting to get these instead. Couldn't be happier. They fit great, stay in and the sound quality is top notch. Very happy with my purchase!

Same great quality of the Tours, but THEY STAY IN!

ZERO bass? Get out of here...obviously that reviewer never got a good fit or didn't do step one, which is PUT THEM IN YOUR EARS! When you get them in right, trust me...you can feel the bass. I switched to these from my Klipsch image S4's and side by side there was no comparison - the Powerbeats DEFINITELY sounded better, and had much more of a bass tone. If you're not getting a good seal, you're not going to get the most out of these. I use the biggest tips, insert the phones, and twist them towards the back of my ears to get that seal. And they stay in. No more fiddling! Although I do wish they had the flat cables the Tours do. People expecting a $150 version of the Studios are going to be disappointed. It's not going to deliver that kind of bass. If you love the tours but kept fiddilng with them to keep them in your ears, THESE are the ones you need.

They are great and staying on and get really loud to drown out the sounds of the gym ruckus but they aren't that heavy on the bass

They sound great but seem kind of flimsy

The sound out of these are fantastic, the bass is rich and full without any distortion, the highs are clear without sounding tinny. They are very comfortable with the ability to change ear pieces is always a plus. the addition of an extension cord to lengthen them is a nice extra. The construction seems a bit shoddy, the wire going into the jack is not very stable or supported for durability. The wires going to the earbuds could use some beefing up as well. The volume/play switch is flimsy and wont last long if you plan on using it very much. The case that they come in is extremly rigid and well made except that the buds dont seem to go back into it very well once you start using them. After a couple of weeks I gave them to my kid and got some BOSE.

I brought so many headphone over time just to get the right balance of sound and bass for the music I have. I like all kind of music and I have a IPOD to help me listen to it. Absolutley the best headphones I have ever used period. Don't waste your time looking for good headphones if your looking for the best. This is it. Save your money up and buy these.

I have small ears and when I exercise, earphones would fall out. After talking to a a best buy rep, he told me about these. I really like them bc they stay in my ear. The price is on the higher end but the sound is still really good when I run and bc of the price I bought a warranty plan to cover in case they break.

I've been looking for a good set of ear clip head phones that stay on when I workout, play basketball, and mow. These have performed at a wonderful rate. I had been using my fat beats when I mowed but they got all sweaty and bulky, but these are perfect and never fall out of my ears. And like LeBron in the commercial, they are perfect for playing basketball or working out in the gym. High quality sound with great highs and lows and even mids. I suggest getting the 2 year warranty though, only because if something happened to them, you would want them over and over again.

Bought them for better bass response. Good for music. Didn't blow me away the way I thought they would, given the name. I like my overears (Sony) better for serious listening, but these are great for on the go. They are very comfortable to wear. Cord could be long though.

ITS SPORTY...YES! BUT THE QUALITY IS CONVENIENT TO WEAR ANYWHERE! ONLY HAD IT FOR 5 DAYS AND CANT PUT THEM DOWN! SO CONVENIENT I CAN WORKOUT WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT IT MIGHT SLIP OUT MY EAR OR CORDS GETTING TANGLED. ALSO I CAN ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS ONE BOTTON CLICK AWAY ON THE MIC. SOUND QUALITY IS SO GREAT I DONT EVEN HAVE TO TURN IT UP ALL THE WAY HIGH TO GET CLEAR BASS SOUND. ITS JUST AS GREAT AS THE $200 BIGGER EAR PHONES JUST WITHOUT THE NOISE CANCELLATION :-) THE $145 MAY LOOK A LITTLE STEEP ON EAR PHONES LIKE THESE BUT TRUST ME ITS 100% WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Great sound, Great bass, not too overwhelming or exaggerated. Perfect pair for A Sony A-Series or S-Series walkman. When exercising they tend to slide out of my ear canal. And after a while they tend to irritate my ear canal. Does anyone else notice that the RIGHT ear bud sound louder then the LEFT?

Before I purchased these headphones, I reviewed many other headphones. I chose these because I wanted ones that went around the ear and fit comfortably. Everything I wanted in a headphone were in these. I wanted to use these for walking to class and lifting. I also used these for going on trips and they've worked great. They cancel out the noise around you fairly well. I really like the sound they produce as well. I highly recommend these headphones to anyone who works out.

Unlike many people who automatically give 1 star to products they dislike, I am rating this product with what I honestly feel it deserves. I bought these ear buds because I wanted something that was above and beyond anything that the competitors could offer and because the price wasn't an issue for me. I knew that there would be a lot of overhead simply because the marketing of this product, but I was willing to accept that if they were at least most of what they claim to be. I was mistaken. For $160, these things should be absolutely amazing, and while they do sound good, they certainly are not far above and beyond. Actually, they play just about as loud as the stock earbuds that come with any apple product, they just sound a bit more clear (even with the very strong signal source of a DJ mixer they still aren't phenomenal). The bass, something that I had high hopes for, was a complete let down. You'd think that if they had a separate sub in the ear bud, it'd be kickin'. Again, the bass is clear, but not much louder than any other ear bud. Still, while dissapointed, I was willing to stick with them knowing that they were completely overpriced probably moreso because I didn't want to bother with returning them and because they were better than what I had. After a little bit of sweat broke one of the speakers about 8 miles into a 12 mile run, I decided these things were overpriced garbage. Sure, they do a good job of staying in your ears, but what good is that if sweat will destroy them during a hard workout. I then returned the Dre's went to Sams Club and spent $29 on their Sony Ear buds and could'nt be happier with them. Although they don't wrap around your ears, they stay on really well even if you occasionally snag them on something, they put out just as much bass, the mids and highs also sound great, and they only cost $29! which is the cost of the darn warranty for the Dre's. If you want really loud, really great sounding headphones, get a pair of Pioneer's DJ headphones, if you want good ear buds, there are plenty out there (the sihnheisers suck, too), but just remember that price and snazzy marketing do not equate to quality! Which is a principle that applies to just about everything in life.

    Disappointment

I bought these as a Christmas present for my boyfriend in December of 2014. Initially, he was definitely content and satisfied with their performance. The sound quality was good and they stayed in the ear during workouts. Before making the purchase, I went through a lot of reviews for different models and different brands of headphones, and ultimately decided on these. They underwent normal wear - there was no running in the rain or any other exposure to. I would probably give them a 4 if it wasn't for the fact that after a year (and about half a month) they stopped working. After spending $150 on headphones, one would think that the product will last for more than a year. Extremely disappointed.
