Good headphone, but not the best. Very sensitive touch causes music to pause, so if you need to adjust them you will probably pause the music as well. Would like a dedicated app for them to control sound. Bass could be slightly better if we had more control on the sound.

I did an online order to pick up from store. My order was ready within an hour and the pick up process was smooth!

Sad to say i wasted my money on these, and when i tried to return them best buy informs me i only had a 10 day window for refund. The issue is they literally pop out of my ear at any time even if im just standing still. I have to constantly keep putting them back in my ear the bud is bulky and doesn’t stay in my ear. No matter how i try to adjust them or change the little rubber buds it doesn’t work. Wearing these to the gym is hell for me. I have to constantly pick then up off the floor. Another issue is siri doesn’t respond, the connection seems to be an issue. The volume is the same as the others and the noise cancellation. Battery life is good.

Works great but not much of an upgrade from previous versions. Have a pair for myself and wife and both of mine cut out here and there and my wife’s left ear is completely shot. Even having Best Buy total isn’t much of help

These are ok. Bose is way better. They don’t eliminate background sound like I thought they did when on the phone. Save your money get Bose instead

I bought these for my husband and he loves them even said they better then apple air pods you love them I promise

So far, it is working about as well as I hoped they would. They connect about as fast as airpods and faster than my bose sports.

These were a replacement due to losing the pair I've had for 3 years. I loved them so much, I choose to repurchase the exact same pair... WOWWWWWW what an upgrade. Surpassed my expectation by far!
