Works great never had a problem with it before just wish each earbud lasted longer

Very disappointed it did not come with a charging cord. Also does not indicate on case if it’s charging. Don’t know if this is a defect or not.

When it comes to earbuds I feel like beats and Bose have the best ones so that’s why I went for beats on the earbuds

The sound is good but, I just wish they would be able to wrap around the head as they fall out constantly.

The lil rubber doesn’t work they need make them like the old ones or make them better even the old case was better

Purchase the older model. If I were still able to return it, I would. It kept disconnecting and experiencing sound dropouts from one ear constantly. Hopefully, they will release an update that resolves all these issues.

I returned these.. They hurt my ears.i really wanted to like them because I like the orange color but it was so big in my ear that it was painful after only a short wear time. Also I could not walk into the next room and leave my phone on the table, it would loose connection. I don't like having my phone on me at all times so that was super annoying.

I love beats but these keep falling out. I previously had the PowerBeats Pro and they stayed in much better. Disappointed with these

Too big for my ears and they keep dropping if you walk fast or your movements are fast. Sound quality is good but design could be better.

Horrible the noise cancellation does not work for nothing! , I thought it was just me being picking because I have apple AirPod pro, I even had someone try them because I thought I was being picking or something, that person said she can hear everything even with the noise canceling.

Battery doesn’t last as long as my old ones did. Have to charge frequently. And the Bluetooth doesn’t hold distance like my old ones did
