Best Buy ruined Christmas for my daughter.

Best Buy failed to ensure delivery. Product was stolen in transit and the vendor, Best Buy, suggested I work with law enforcement. Other large online retailers will willingly replace the product to make it right quickly because they can absorb the loss. Not Best Buy. I spoke with a representative and he issued a replacement order. It was later cancelled by his superiors. No reason was given except that pictured email. I’ve cancelled my Best Buy card and I’ll just go to Amazon from now on.

Hurt my ears

They hurt my ears.i really wanted to like them because I like the orange color but it was so big in my ear that it was painful after only a short wear time. Also I could not walk into the next room and leave my phone on the table, it would loose connection. I don't like having my phone on me at all times so that was super annoying.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i wanted these so bad and purchased them. i tried to adjust them so many times and they just fall out my ears. its difficult to hear and if i am on the phone the person cant hear me but hear a windy sound even when im in a quiet place. i thought they were going to be better than apple airpods but im going back to airpods.

Don’t buy stick to apple
