I waited about 30 minutes in store for the order to be fulfilled. I placed the order at 5:20pm. This took much longer than I anticipated. Thankfully, Alexandra was a great assistance and apologized for the delay.

The sound was great. My right ear bud would not stay in my ear. Ever with that hook attached. I spent to much time putting back in my ear it became too much to deal with.

Since it switched to Apple the sound quality took a dive. Claims to have bass but have to turn it up pretty loud to hear it. They dont sit in the ear so well and not as noise cancelling as the previous version.

No bells or whistles but they are light and easy to use. They take a little getting used to and aren't that comfortable in the beginning. Hopefully they will get better as they're broken in.

I upgraded from the latest series of powerbreats3.. this pair has its flaws with it also. Sometimes I have to reconnect for phone calls. I I don’t think they are worth the value at the time I purchased.

Sound it great! Biggest problem is that the earbuds keep falling off. I’ve lost 4 of them within 6 months. I would return it if I could, but it’s past the date.

Great performance, however, they don't sync as nearly well with the Iphone as the AirPods. Because Beats are now an Apple product, this is completely unacceptable.

For the price and brand, I expected the sound quality to live up to its name. It doesn’t..it also slips a little out of my ear. Packaged pretty tho

I like my powerbeat3 better. For some reason these cut off after about a half hour on 1 of my tv's. I've tried resetting to no avail. Never have that issue with the 3's.

Bought these fir my girl to match her IPhone unfortunately the air bud portion wouldn’t seat or stay in her ears. Even when switching to the smallest ones.

for $160 headphones I'd expect some quality sound. Sounds no better than my previous $30 pair. Doesnt get loud either, have to shove them down into my ears. My ear canals are in pain after about 5 mins of using, so I have to just let them hang over my ear and then I really can't hear anything. My 1st and last beats product purchase

Ehhh... I really wanted to love these, but I can’t. There’s a struggle to keep them in the ear and I’ve received feedback I’m not always clearly heard

I bought three different brands of wireless earbuds of similar style and was going to keep the best based on sound and battery life. I returned this earbud along with another brand. I kept one that sounded as good as beats with slightly less battery life and costs $110 less. I can live with an hour less battery life and and extra $110

They worked well for all of 4 months, used them to be active as halfway through my workout they start skipping.

Not bad sound quality, had bought these for the wife but had to return these as she had a hard time putting these on over the ears.

Not a big fan of the wire. The earphones get annoying because the wire gets caught up in things. I'm definitely looking into getting the wireless Earphones.

Not worth the price. My $60 earbuds last longer(battery wise) and are way louder. These are very very quiet.

The sound performance is very poor, I have over ear Dr. Dre headphones and they sound great. I thought these would be of good quality but very disappointing. I have a $20 no name pair from Amazon and they are comparable. The apple charger is convenient and the stay charged for a long period. Even the Bluetooth connection is tedious and annoying. A waste of money.

These are by far the best fitness earbuds I have owned. Unfortunately, they didn't perform well in cold weather. I sent them in during the warranty period, only to have them sent back stating the battery was fine. Of course it is fine in a warn office environment. Turning off after a few minutes in cold weather is unacceptable when the operating temperature was supposed to be above zero. About 18th months of ownership, the battery fried. The design is great, I prefer the cable between the ears and they are more comfortable than AirPods. I am just disappointed they did not last for how much I paid for them. "performance earphones" should be able to take abuse, work outdoors in a various of conditions and should last longer than 18 months. The ridiculous thing is that they could easily design an ear pod for battery replacement. It is technically possible to replace the battery. I was not comfortable buying an unknown lithium battery (fire risk) and not making a factory seal after a battery replacement.

I love the Powerbeats for the 1st 5 months. After that, I wouldn’t hear any sound when connected to my phone and later it wouldn’t even connect to my phone. The cord is another problem because it began to get damaged rather quickly. I like the sound, the long battle life, and the cord lent but this doesn’t matter when the product stops working.
