Don’t like not sure if it was because of they are refurbished, but if I walk into another room, it disturbs the signal they turn off and on when they want to the battery doesn’t last as long as the first power beats just give me the old classic ones

Great headphones.. I use them everyday for everyday use

Ive used Beats for at least 4 years. This was my third set (lost one on a trip). These were painful to wear. The piece that goes behind the ear hurt. I thought theyd loosen up, but nope. Then the case quit charging. Had them less than a month and returned them.

I’m really enjoying the product so far.. not the best but still good for the price

These are great for working out but would not recommend for casual use.

charging case still a little challenging to ensure they start charging when you replace them but you need to double check on phone that they are charging

Fortunately, as a Best Buy member I was able to return these after 40 days and exchange them for something better that I'm extremely satisfied with. But the Pro2 sound has no base and sounds very tinny. So bad that I had to stop listening to some of my favorite songs while I'm running. My original Powerbeats had a far superior sound, and better fitting but after 3 years they could no longer hold a charge after 30 minutes. I do not recommend these. For some they might be fine.

I loved the original ones used them for years and was so excited for these to come out as my old ones were starting to stop hold a charge after like 4 years. But theses a terrible in comparison. They fit your ears horrendously they don’t suction or lay the same as the old ones, the sound isn’t as good, they are uncomfortable compared to the original ones, they keep discounting from my devices and then not wanting to re-pair with my phone. They are a hassle and so not worth the money. Save your money and spend on something else! I wish they’d bring the original design back. I’m so disappointed that my favorite ride or die headphone have been ruined.
