The headphones themselves are a great product with impressive sound quality, and I was very pleased with them. However, I’ve since become more accustomed to using Apple headphones and decided to upgrade to the new Apple Pro 3. The return and exchange process was seamless and stress-free, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, Best Buy continues to provide excellent service and support with every purchase.

I like these ear buds, the sound is great but sometimes the it seems to be hard for proper hear me but overall I like them, for got to mention these were refurbished.

Oh my goodness so nice to have a set of earphones that don't just sit in your ear and you loose them so easily this is a no brainer would definitely purchase again

Got one for me & My partner he really loves them and uses them at work. He cleans and details a lot of cars so he was super grateful when I got them for him! His Apple Air max headphones would fall off his head and these are just clinged right in his ears! They’re awesome

The sound quality is great. I love the way they fit and they are easy to use.

I haven’t worn a pair of earbuds since owning the 1st gen AirPods Pro and I passed them down to the wife after upgrading to the 1st gen AirPods Max a few years ago. The “Air-Maxes”have been the best I’ve ever experienced but, they weren’t made to worn while laying down on a creeper to change oil all day. I wouldn’t expect for the PBP to sound anywhere near as great as the Maxes but, they definitely outperform the 1st gen AirPods pro. I use the fixed personalized spatial stereo feature in addition to having Headphone Accommodations turned on, with a balanced tone and having the soft sounds set to recieve a moderate boost. The ANC and transparency mode are on par with what I experienced with the 1st gen AirPods pro but, with a bit more of a natural sound. I like em.

Fit and stay in ear nicely while jogging. Great sound too.

So far these have proven to be with the price. They sound good and stay seated on my ears. Haven't had long enough to give thoughts on battery life
