Great earbuds that stay in while running and exercising, only issue would be the pause and play button is a little sensitive.

Had to return, because the shape of my ear they didn’t fit so it’s not fair to rate them bad because of my ear shape

coming from the beats 1, the sound is a lower quality. Very disappointing in the way the in ear suctions, this creates a lack of anc and thus a reduction in sound quality. They are great for working as they stay on the ear with minimal discomfort. I decided to stick with my air pods pro-2. The app2 have a much richer sound, better bass and more features. Most importantly, the anc is light years ahead. save your money these are not worth the $

Sound quality was excellent. But the fit on my ear left me in pain. The new style is obviously smaller than the previous one.

These are really great headphones. I’ve worn them in the rain and have not had any problems

Honestly, the sound is lacking. Long time beats fan, but my AirPod pro 3 are better.

I recently lost my old Beats Pro first generation headphones and decided to upgrade to the Beats Pro II. However, I ended up returning the Beats Pro II within 24 hours and repurchasing the first generation, even though Best Buy offers them as refurbished. The Beats Pro II are noticeably made of lighter materials, which makes them feel cheap, particularly in the hinge mechanism. The sound quality is disappointing and does not live up to the "Beats" reputation. At $243.00, the sound quality feels more appropriate for a $15 pair of headphones from a convenience store. Additionally, the voice call quality is significantly worse than that of the previous generation Beats. I am upset because I expected the quality of the brand I have enjoyed for the past five years to continue. Instead, I was let down. I will now appreciate my refurbished first generation Beats even more. Pros: The noise cancellation is excellent.

Love these headphones I could wear them all day long

The sound quality wasn't as great as I expected coming from Beats. I had to get headphones with grips because of my weird ear shape, and I keep having to reseat both earbuds.

Ive used Beats for at least 4 years. This was my third set (lost one on a trip). These were painful to wear. The piece that goes behind the ear hurt. I thought theyd loosen up, but nope. Then the case quit charging. Had them less than a month and returned them.

The item sound quality is nice. Not great with noise cancelling. A little uncomfortable for prolonged use.

Really thought it would block out noice but no and no bass

Great as gym earphones, the are not supper loud, the can be uncomfortable if in your are too long. I only baught there for running anf hiking.
