These broke within 6 months, weren’t particularly comfortable and had pretty underwhelming audio quality overall.

    Battery Problems

PowerBeats stopped working after only 4 months of limited use. Blue sulfuric acid is leaking from both charger ports. Apple refused to replace them stating that it is due to liquid, only ever been exposed to sweat. Noise cancellation is subpar compared to AirPods. Great for running on transparency, but the battery and charging issues alone are enough to not get.

The plastic is hard and feels cheap. The sound is decent, but the "noise canceling" is non-existent. There is barely a difference between that and active sound. I am planning on returning them because they are not worth the heavy price tag until they make some changes.

The volume is loud, it’s kinda hard to hear when a call comes in. Music play some what ok. And it disconnects a lot when on calls.

Great earphones, but I would be careful if you have ear piercings. They might be a bit uncomfortable.

While it fits over the ear and safer than others, it does not fit as well in the ear which means I don't get the maximum effect of the sound because of outside noise.

Works great until you try to wear them in a sauna. They will shut off unlike the previous model.

I’m putting 1 because I can’t choose zero. I bought two of these item purple n orange . They came charged and after that have never been able to charge them again . Because I purchased these as a gift. They were not opened right away and were not used until a birthday for the twins. However when I found out and they finally where honest not wanting to hurt my feeling about the gift not working it was past the 15 days. I am now paying affirm pay 80 a month for two brand new ones at 250 for the remainder of the payment period and they don’t work. I hope some one will reach out resolve this issue. I’ll give both for one even . Very unsatisfied .

These are okay but they don't hold a charge like my old ones did. If I had it to do over, I would not have bought these.

Subpar headphones!! I was excited to try these as I was expecting similar or improved audio quality than the original Powerbeat pros. While these headphones are more compact and lighter, they have smaller audio drivers, resulting in less dynamic audio quality. For gym heads, thats less bass to your music during workouts. The mids and highs are too pronounced and I dont enjoy these at the gym.

Not a firm fit internally of the ear. Foam tips didn't help to help with the overall fit

A step down from the bears fit pro in my opinion. Air pods pro never stayed in my ears and these don’t either, they just have the benefit of not falling to the ground. The inner ear loop has alway been the superior fit for me. Returning them.

I was so excited to see a new version of the Powerbeats Pro were coming out. The 1st gen were by go to workout headphones and I loved them. Unfortunately, these did not live up the standard of the 1st gen. The fit was extremely uncomfortable even after trying every earpiece. The sound also seemed like a major step down both in sound quality and noise cancelation. I could literally hear everything around me at the gym. I thought I had my settings turned off at first. Unless I got a faulty pair that somehow snuck through QC, I would not recommend these to anyone. If you're looking for a great set of gym headphones stick with the 1st gen.
