First of you are using heart rate you can’t listen to music at the same time. The sound, noise cancellation and volume is no where near the AirPod Pro 2. Would not work with my Garmin Edge 540 cycling computer. I returned it.

Transparency and noise cancellation is sub par… when switching devices sometimes I have to go put the headphones back in the case or the audio glitches so bad I can’t understand anything coming out of them. The bass is worse than the original beats

I gave these a 2 for the design. They are comfortable. However these are some of the worse sounding buds ive purchased at any price. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for selling these are $250. They arent worth $50 imo. Returned the sane day i bought them.

I got these because it says there’s active noise cancellation but when you turn them and wear them you can still hear everything

Not feet’s for me hurting my ears I will try another variant

Never buying anything from Best Buy again! Customer service is clueless

I was extremely disappointed because the second I connected it to my device after unboxing it all I heard was static. I used three different apps and still heard nothing but static. I also disconnected and reconnected them but still experience the same static. I've been a huge beats fan but I have the buds and was looking for something with more comfort and stability but was extremely disappointed with the sound quality nor did the earphone fit my ear.

These things suck. They cut out at short distances. It takes less than a month before one of the two ear pieces regularly stops charging. The noise cancellation is useless. Only a totally moron could have designed the start/stop button. Somehow these are worse than the original power beats pro.

It is very uncomfortable… and low!!!! I am very disappointed

Uncomfortable for the ears, it’s hurts to have them on, I tried changing the heads and continues to bother.

Almost everything about these are perfect except… the biggest part. Sound quality is severely lacking. These sound like a 10 dollar set from Amazon. I’m definitely hoping for an update soon otherwise these are going back.

I returned the item. The AirPods Pro 2 outperforms the Beats. Also, connection is not seamlessness with the iPhone.

Not worth the hassle, they have connectivity issues and you have to keep pairing them to your phone to work for a bit.

I did buy these open box. The sound is very high treble even after making all adjustments I could. The right one always dies way before the left one. This is my first beats experience as I normally get Samsung. They feel very cheap versus the ones I had before.

This was the worst buy ever. Charing this much for headphones and it doesn't even come with a charger. I threw my box away after opening and If I had kept my box I would have returned these

After a few minutes with these my ears begin to ache. Are not good for smaller ears. Even the xs didnt ensure proper fit for me. Returned to try other options

Great product but complete malfunction of right head piece

I was hoping these would be AirPod pro 2 with a hook but not even close. These are overpriced, uncomfortable and poorly designed. Save $150 and get the JLab Epic Sport ANC 3.
