We returned these Powerbeats Pro 2 Earbuds. We could not control the volume, had to "pair" them each time to make them work. A Geek Squad Rep. came out and could not figure what was wrong. Also, they did hurt my ears after I wore them a while.

Sound is great but takes a while to find the right size for the inside of your ears.

Product works as advertised. Would recommend to anyone that wanted to upgrade.

These are the best earbuds I have ever purchase. If I had to chose any pair again they would definitely be these.

These work great. They are used while mowing and work well for that purpose.

Didn’t get it to fit or make a good seal. Tried all the tips. But my studio pros fit just fine. I’m not saying it’s a bad product, it’s just not for me. Gave them to my wife and they fit her just fine.

So far these have been the best in ear Earbuds that I've used. I've been using the Bose SoundSport's for many years and was hesitant to try a new product. I'm glad that I did.

Bought these to replace my old AirPod pros. Wore them for a hour and returned them. The transparency mode made me feel like my head was going crazy. The actual audio from them sounded like they should be in $20 headphones. Only thing I liked about the headphones was the fit, other than that, I would stand clear of these

Love these. Im a fan of beats and had the orginal beats pro and bears fit pro. These have all the same tech as airpod pros plua the securuty of an ear hook. 10:10

Love these! Had the older version but had to get the purple when I saw it! Nice that it includes different ear piece sizes!

The ear buds have a terrible fit, for which I had to replace the ear bud tips with an off brand to have a comfortable pain free fit. But because of that I have to remove them to allow the beats to charge. Plus the battery time is horrendous. I really need to send them back because of their poor quality.
