I have had Beats wired and wireless headphones for years. I have bought them for my kids and wife. I was very happy with the previous version of these and had no issues. After the last generation eventually died on me I bought these to replace them, but these don't like to work with a Samsung smart monitor, a Steamdeck, a Nordic Track treadmill and intermittent issues with other non-Apple products.

Great sound quality minus the comfort

The clip that wraps around the ear, was uncomfortable and started to hurt, the different ear pieces kept falling out and I had no need for the heart rate because I own a garmin.

They work with Microsoft teams. Everyone in the meeting is clear, no distortion, and everyone can hear me perfectly.
