Did not provide a quality sound, could not get any size ear tip to fit properly to give me the bass and proper sound quality. The old model is way better

Everything I expected does the job especially while traveling

We returned these Powerbeats Pro 2 Earbuds. We could not control the volume, had to "pair" them each time to make them work. A Geek Squad Rep. came out and could not figure what was wrong. Also, they did hurt my ears after I wore them a while.

My wife love them! She wears them everyday at the gym, and when she’s outside in her garden. They’re awesome!

That’s really cool you can do mostly any activity.

I will highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds lack good stereo sound. The ear hooks don't fit properly on small ears.

When driving it connects back and forth to phone then Bluetooth. When I listen to music, sound comes in and out. I have another pair of earbuds different brand and don’t have this issue.

They’re suitable for me. However, the software is extremely buggy, causing audio cuts or choppy sounds, even when the devices are in line of sight. Additionally, if you have small ear canals, these headphones aren’t a good fit. They tend to come out (I’m referring to the ear tips and not the entire unit itself, which does stay on my ear just fine) even with the use of memory foam ear tips, which helps create a good seal for active noise cancellation.
