Honestly the originals are better. I’ve had several issues with pairing and reactivating a headphone after switching audio sources. I’ve also had a lot of mic sensitivity causing a lot of static sounds. I’ve tried to get help with Best Buy and Apple with no luck.

They are not the best I feel the first gen beats it by far. The audio isn’t as loud and the bass is a little short compared to the first gen

My tech at work had this pair he wears at the shop daily. Valentines Day i right i would get my wife a gift she could use. It was pretty bad hit to my heart. Valentines Day, i got up to have my wife her flowers and gifts. I got to work and my wife texted me. That the left one didn't work. So we went back to Best Buy and returned them. Same time I bought her a newer pair of the beats pro that wrap around your ears. And bought myself one too. Now I've owned my new power beats pro the weeks. And the left one stopped working. So they won't update. Not happy Beats at all.

Great for all types of workouts (gym, golf, cycling)

Original Powerbeats Pro user here. Waited many years for the successor. The only thing that feels on par or improved on these are the case charge connections. Major disappointment for the price.

Headphones painful to wear. Sound is ok. Cost for bad comfort.

found the ear piece uncomfortable for extended wear, otherwise everything worked very well

I got this so I can use the HR monitor while I listen to music with my iPhone. That is not the case but it works with Android. C'mon Apple you can do better for your own ecosystem. Waiting for an update. Besides that, solid workout earbuds with good NC.

The plastic is hard and feels cheap. The sound is decent, but the "noise canceling" is non-existent. There is barely a difference between that and active sound. I am planning on returning them because they are not worth the heavy price tag until they make some changes.

Overall a good over the year headset. However, if you have small ear canals, or any type of ear damage from wrestling, etc.. You may have issues with them staying in.

Sound is very low can’t hear too good. Adjusted settings and everything.

PowerBeats stopped working after only 4 months of limited use. Blue sulfuric acid is leaking from both charger ports. Apple refused to replace them stating that it is due to liquid, only ever been exposed to sweat. Noise cancellation is subpar compared to AirPods. Great for running on transparency, but the battery and charging issues alone are enough to not get.

The volume is loud, it’s kinda hard to hear when a call comes in. Music play some what ok. And it disconnects a lot when on calls.

Stopped holding a charge after 4 months. Beats fall under Apple Products. Had to trouble shoot with them on the phone and then referred to Apple Genius Bar. Met with them. They say they have water/moisture damage and does not fall under the warranty unless you had purchased Apple Care. Headphones used for exercise, biking will most definitely be affected by sweat, hence "water damage". Would not warranty them at all.

The fit is not confortable and i find it hard to hang up without actual device
