Not a firm fit internally of the ear. Foam tips didn't help to help with the overall fit

A step down from the bears fit pro in my opinion. Air pods pro never stayed in my ears and these don’t either, they just have the benefit of not falling to the ground. The inner ear loop has alway been the superior fit for me. Returning them.

They fall out of the ears a lot and don't have much volume

I was so excited to see a new version of the Powerbeats Pro were coming out. The 1st gen were by go to workout headphones and I loved them. Unfortunately, these did not live up the standard of the 1st gen. The fit was extremely uncomfortable even after trying every earpiece. The sound also seemed like a major step down both in sound quality and noise cancelation. I could literally hear everything around me at the gym. I thought I had my settings turned off at first. Unless I got a faulty pair that somehow snuck through QC, I would not recommend these to anyone. If you're looking for a great set of gym headphones stick with the 1st gen.

They were delivered with no power cord. After a long on-line journey to get support and finally a real person, they asked me to send them back for replacement. After over two weeks they finally confirmed my return. And merely gave me credit rather than replacing. Back to the drawing board

I purschase these Powerbeats Pro 2 wanting to like them but i couldn’t due to the weak sound quality. I own the Powerbeats Pro 1 and the sound is much stronger.

They are okay great for working out. Sound quality sucks

I have had these for less than 2 months, and 1 of them does not charge. I can not return them because it is too late. I wanted a good pair of headphones to use to work out with. I thought that is I spent this much money, I would have a great pair.

Unfortunately, none of the earbuds options fit properly in my ear, therefore there was no noise cancellation happening for me.

Don't expect too much, I guess. Not worth the upgrade if you have the previous generation.

Quickly broke after a month. Sent back to manufacturer. Hoping they send me a pair that works.

The powerbeats pro 2 is a nice upgrade. I recommend.

My experience with the powerbeats pro 2 isnt good. The sound isn’t completely bad but not even close to my airpods pro 2 that are cheaper in price now then the powerbeats. For whatever reason when i run or lay on bench the ear tips come out of my ear, you cant connect to exercise machine to see heartbeat and listen to music at the same time, the pulse monitor doesn’t do anything if you wear an apple watch - apple watch overrides the Powerbeats monitor, when tips come out of ears my fingers touch the buttons and either switches songs or mutes the earbuds constantly and the list gors on. Not recommended at this time for sure. Returned mine

For some reason on phone calls im not able to fully hear a person

Unfortunately i didnt get to enjoy the product. it was stolen. no fault of Best buy. USPS is the culprit. It was a Christmas gift for family but it was stolen.

One major thing missing is what airpods pro 2 call loud noise reduction ... So any sudden loud noise the airpods pro 2 will atcative noise cancelling and then go back to hear threw this beats don't if anything they amp up the volume when a loud noise happens so imagine a pallet hitting the ground times 3 ringing in your ear

When you charge it and it is 100% charge it’s in only last five hours, but the manufacturer said it last 10 hours so it is a force advertisement

Low voice sounds cannot be heard on the calls for both sides

Doesnt fit in the ear properly you havr to push it deep in the ear to experience great sound quality but after 10 min it will pop out! WARNING!
