The newest version is not as good as the previous Beats Pro 2 earpieces. The sound cancellation does not work. I always have static in the background and I can not here the caller.

Very easy set up and works well with apple products. Using the microphone callers can hear well. My issue with these is the low quality of the sound I expected it to be much much louder. The cost compared to price wasnt worth it. Im really disappointed with this product.

Purchased open box. Was missing multiple earbuds. Online chat told me to bring my item into store and they would either get new earbuds or replace the entire purchase. I went to the store and the manager said there was nothing I could do except return the item. He was rude and dismissive.

Did not like how these felt in the ears. Very weird uncomfortable design. Sound quality was not all the way there either for the price.

I’ve been a fan of Powerbeats pro. They are the only earbuds that stay in my ear during exercise. I was excited to see the new upgrades. Wireless charging, ANC and smaller real estate. Unfortunately the main selling point of using Powerbeats pro for me, staying in me ears during exercise, is non existent with this new design. I tried all of the ear pieces and none of them would stay put in my ear. I think because they are shallower and the ear loop is also made differently. I really tried to like them but had to return them

First of you are using heart rate you can’t listen to music at the same time. The sound, noise cancellation and volume is no where near the AirPod Pro 2. Would not work with my Garmin Edge 540 cycling computer. I returned it.

Transparency and noise cancellation is sub par… when switching devices sometimes I have to go put the headphones back in the case or the audio glitches so bad I can’t understand anything coming out of them. The bass is worse than the original beats

I gave these a 2 for the design. They are comfortable. However these are some of the worse sounding buds ive purchased at any price. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for selling these are $250. They arent worth $50 imo. Returned the sane day i bought them.

I got these because it says there’s active noise cancellation but when you turn them and wear them you can still hear everything

Headphones painful to wear. Sound is ok. Cost for bad comfort.

I was extremely disappointed because the second I connected it to my device after unboxing it all I heard was static. I used three different apps and still heard nothing but static. I also disconnected and reconnected them but still experience the same static. I've been a huge beats fan but I have the buds and was looking for something with more comfort and stability but was extremely disappointed with the sound quality nor did the earphone fit my ear.

Never buying anything from Best Buy again! Customer service is clueless

These things suck. They cut out at short distances. It takes less than a month before one of the two ear pieces regularly stops charging. The noise cancellation is useless. Only a totally moron could have designed the start/stop button. Somehow these are worse than the original power beats pro.

It is very uncomfortable… and low!!!! I am very disappointed

Uncomfortable for the ears, it’s hurts to have them on, I tried changing the heads and continues to bother.

Almost everything about these are perfect except… the biggest part. Sound quality is severely lacking. These sound like a 10 dollar set from Amazon. I’m definitely hoping for an update soon otherwise these are going back.

Complete garbage for the price. Looking at other brands now…

I returned the item. The AirPods Pro 2 outperforms the Beats. Also, connection is not seamlessness with the iPhone.
