I bought open box but these suck

The right one always dies way before the left one. This is my first beats experience as I normally get Samsung. They feel very cheap versus the ones I had before.

These are overpriced, uncomfortable and poorly designed. Save $150 and get the JLab Epic Sport ANC 3.

They make a funny noise when you’re talking on the phone like you are on a static radio. The noise cancellation is garbage when I’m on the plane. I can still hear everything that’s going on.

I have had Beats in the past (these ones but with the cord behind your neck) and the sound quality is not great (to not say horrible). They are loud (if you like that) but they get to the point of listening to the music like noise instead of that, music. The bass sound is off, you can't listen to the lyrics, they sound unintelligible.
