I am not a big fan, the piece the goes around your ear is not comfortable and I have received a sore

I love these for my workouts, upgraded from the AirPods Pro 1

Already had Google Pixel pro buds, but bought these for running and grass mowing as they won't fall out ear as easily. First time putting them in I had to check multiple times to make sure the ANC was working. It is barely noticable and does very little to down out mower noise. The sound is not great either. Not very rich bass and had almost an echo effect. This is the first Beats product I've bought and was surprised how bad they are. Compared to the pixel buds, the pixels have way better ANC and sounds.

Did not fit my ear like the 1st generation. New design does not fit and the sound is less bass that 1st generation and the heart beat is only good for 30 days. Then you pay. No good.

Great headphones for working out. Heart rate sensor works very well

I have the 1st Powerbeats and they are perfect. I tried the new ones, but they just don't fit as well in my ear (I have cauliflower ear from Wrestling) as the 1st. Powerbeats Pro 2 are not really Active noise canceling, that was the reason I really wanted them but since they are not what they supposed to and won't fit well, I had to return them, it's a shame cause I really love Powerbeats pro 1 but wanted a notice cancelling pair. i have the Beats pro studion and they are great.

New shape that's a minute to get used to, but I definitely like them

Bought refurb for ~$50 less. Shouldn’t have tried to skimp. Doesn’t sound right-especially as the battery gets to under 50% or so-cuts out a lot and has some wired background static noise.

On the old Powerbeats you could squeeze the earpiece to fit your ear better this one doesn’t The old Powerbeats had a better bass quality, compared to the new style the sound has excessive static To hear the bass on the new ones you have to press the ear piece tight to your ear but it doesn’t hold on place on your ear. For some reason it doesn’t want to add on my find my app

Doesn’t charge the other ear bud. Not sure what the issue is because it fits snug

Doesn't quite fit securely in the ears especially when running or makings rapid movements during exercising.

They are not the best I feel the first gen beats it by far. The audio isn’t as loud and the bass is a little short compared to the first gen

My tech at work had this pair he wears at the shop daily. Valentines Day i right i would get my wife a gift she could use. It was pretty bad hit to my heart. Valentines Day, i got up to have my wife her flowers and gifts. I got to work and my wife texted me. That the left one didn't work. So we went back to Best Buy and returned them. Same time I bought her a newer pair of the beats pro that wrap around your ears. And bought myself one too. Now I've owned my new power beats pro the weeks. And the left one stopped working. So they won't update. Not happy Beats at all.

Sound quality is great I just don’t like how they fit in my ears

Honestly the originals are better. I’ve had several issues with pairing and reactivating a headphone after switching audio sources. I’ve also had a lot of mic sensitivity causing a lot of static sounds. I’ve tried to get help with Best Buy and Apple with no luck.

The fit is not ideal for earbuds! They hurt your ears when wearing especially if you don't have huge ears! 0/10 do not recommend

Original Powerbeats Pro user here. Waited many years for the successor. The only thing that feels on par or improved on these are the case charge connections. Major disappointment for the price.
