Unfortunately, none of the earbuds options fit properly in my ear, therefore there was no noise cancellation happening for me.

[Employee of bestbuy] Did not like how these felt in the ears. Very weird uncomfortable design. Sound quality was not all the way there either for the price.

Quickly broke after a month. Sent back to manufacturer. Hoping they send me a pair that works.

Almost everything about these are perfect except… the biggest part. Sound quality is severely lacking. These sound like a 10 dollar set from Amazon. I’m definitely hoping for an update soon otherwise these are going back.

These are terrible. They do not stay connected to bluetooth and require constant troubleshooting. My 3 year old inferior brand ear buds that are one third the cost are 10x better.

I have had these for less than 2 months, and 1 of them does not charge. I can not return them because it is too late. I wanted a good pair of headphones to use to work out with. I thought that is I spent this much money, I would have a great pair.

I was extremely disappointed because the second I connected it to my device after unboxing it all I heard was static. I used three different apps and still heard nothing but static. I also disconnected and reconnected them but still experience the same static. I've been a huge beats fan but I have the buds and was looking for something with more comfort and stability but was extremely disappointed with the sound quality nor did the earphone fit my ear.

These things suck. They cut out at short distances. It takes less than a month before one of the two ear pieces regularly stops charging. The noise cancellation is useless. Only a totally moron could have designed the start/stop button. Somehow these are worse than the original power beats pro.

I returned the item. The AirPods Pro 2 outperforms the Beats. Also, connection is not seamlessness with the iPhone.

Excited for these, couldnt wait to get these and see what improvements they would have with sound. BUT not loud enough, poor sound quality, way to expensive for this poor upgrade. Buyer beware.

Purchased open box. Was missing multiple earbuds. Online chat told me to bring my item into store and they would either get new earbuds or replace the entire purchase. I went to the store and the manager said there was nothing I could do except return the item. He was rude and dismissive.

I was hoping these would be AirPod pro 2 with a hook but not even close. These are overpriced, uncomfortable and poorly designed. Save $150 and get the JLab Epic Sport ANC 3.

Not good very comfortable but sound is terrible other headphones are better

After a few minutes with these my ears begin to ache. Are not good for smaller ears. Even the xs didnt ensure proper fit for me. Returned to try other options

Yes they are lightweight, but they could have done better on the battery life cant even get through a whole day without them dieing.

Uncomfortable for the ears, it’s hurts to have them on, I tried changing the heads and continues to bother.

Not sure hiw they dropped the ball on these but the sound stinks. These add paired to my iphone and tbh the OGs sound way better

They Really didn't sound good at all.. And they were Very Very hard to put them on over my ears and the Bass responce was very very poor

Purchased these to listen to music while working out. Music sound quality is terrible. Returned them as for that kind of money I expected better quality
