When I workout the stay in and using it for work makes things easier since I’m always on the phone. Fits good and doesn’t hurt my ears.

Great for intense workouts and daily use

Pod earphones and even the galaxy buds always fall out of my ears, especially HITT exercises or running. I never have an issue with these, and the sounds is amazing
