These Powerbeats are a bit smaller than my prior ones. One conversation had a lot of background noise but the other party said they didn’t hear anything.

I bought these for my wife for her birthday. She has issues keeping earbuds in her ears and headphones make her overheat. These are perfect for her to listen to her favorite music and podcasts while exercising or working around the house. She loves how they work and they even came in her favorite color purple!

Initially I was hesitant to buy refurbished. Best decision ever, and i would never know the difference. Love my Beats and the sound quality is amazing!

[Employee of bestbuy] Really wanted these to work for me but I ended up returning them. Rubber bit wouldn’t stay fully in my ear and if it moved at all the anc would go way down. Also hurt trying to keep them in. I think I have oddly shaped ears cus rubber in ears never work for me. Ik a lot of people like these tho so worth a try if you are interested. Basically AirPod pros but the stay in better

The second generation model stands out as the superior choice. The noise cancellation feature is a notable advantage, and the transparency is also commendable , this is by far the best from 1st gen..

My husband complained that his other set of beats were giving out a little, so I upgraded them and he loves them. They really cancels out the extra background noises.

These were a great purchase. There are some features I wish they had like the option to noise cancel in one earbud instead of both at the same time. But overall it was a great feature.

Surpised to see any bad reviews these do as intended. Modify your settings in accessibility, and in your music app settings, and have the correct ear bud size. I think some are expected air pod max quality out of ear buds .. its not possible, updates will also increase the value of these. Solid buy, especially after the evenually go on sale. They are exponentially better than the prevous generation with an array of new features, one of which isn’t currently in any apple earbuds.

They sound great when they stay on correctly and don’t go all static. They also won’t connect to my iPhone sometimes and I have to keep trying to reset them or try turning off my phone. The fit is terrible. I have to keep adjusting them to get the fit right constantly. That’s the only way I can get the noise cancellation to actually sound like they are. I’ll be talking and then randomly hear nothing but static. The battery life is not better than the original either. I have to have an ear hook on any kind of ear buds to keep them in my ear or I’d switch brands entirely because of these problems. I called apple not long after I got them and they didn’t help me at all and it was past the time I could return them to Best Buy. There is much out there with ear hooks so I was so excited when they finally came out with the Pro 2’s and they are such a disappointment.

The audio its good but the quality its not at the older version pay that amount of money and dont bring the charger

So far so good. Replacing my previous Beats which all all of a sudden kept turning the volume all the way down. Couldn't resolve even after doing a reset. Very frustrating.
