Great sound and anc is pretty good great buy if you don’t like AirPods

The only issue I have is there is no way to lower the volume when I receive a notification through the power beats.. I have lowered the volume to silent and even on the beats and still when a notification comes through the noise penetrates very loud

I will talk about some exterior aspects and not the audio quality since I bought these headphones for my son, as I already have the Powerbeats Pro version. The first thing I noticed is that the charging case is smaller, lighter, and USB-C. Another thing is that the pairing process and the information that appears every time you open the case respond faster. Perhaps in the future, when I upgrade mine, I will update this review. So far, he seems happy with it.

Good quality earbuds noise cancellation is perfect

I am frustrated and disappointed with Best Buy! I have been a loyal customer for 25 years and i usually have great customer service on the rare occasions that there have been problems. Not this time!!! Bought Beats Power Beats Pro2 from Best Buy website. Didn’t realize it was coming from a 3rd party. Needless to say Product os defective. I tried all sorts of thing’s over a 3 week period to try and get them to work properly. I tried to exchange them at a store but because they were purchased on line I had to contact Best Buy online to try and rectify the situation. I called the # that was given to me by the store and was asked why I didn’t try to exchange these at the store……now I am ticked. I explained the situation and and was then told they could not do anything for me and that I would have to contact the 3rd party vendor. Thats when I said no. I bought these from Best Buy and I want to deal with Beat Buy only. I requested that a supervisor call me to discuss this further . I was assured that a supervisor would call me back. Its been 7 days and no call. 25 years of business 10’s of thousands of dollars spent anymore. and i feel like i am not valued as a customer anymore. Lets see of someone calls me now! If not, tI guess I take my business elsewhere.
