Okay on iPhone, bad on Android. Very comfortable when you finally break them in, but get ready for connection issues on iOS, Windows, and Android. When they worked correctly, it was awesome. When they became inconsistent, it was never working when I needed them.

Fortunately, as a Best Buy member I was able to return these after 40 days and exchange them for something better that I'm extremely satisfied with. But the Pro2 sound has no base and sounds very tinny. So bad that I had to stop listening to some of my favorite songs while I'm running. My original Powerbeats had a far superior sound, and better fitting but after 3 years they could no longer hold a charge after 30 minutes. I do not recommend these. For some they might be fine.

Don’t like not sure if it was because of they are refurbished, but if I walk into another room, it disturbs the signal they turn off and on when they want to the battery doesn’t last as long as the first power beats just give me the old classic ones

Sound quality is not good comparing with airpods pro 2, lack of bass and build quality doesn't feel great either

I've had the original Powerbeats Pro's for years and was really excited for these. I've tried numerous other earbuds since then, including the Beats Fit Pros, Sonys, B&Ws, but none of them stay in properly - I need the hooks - and the JBLs are a downgrade. I figured this was an easy choice - tech upgrades on the only earbuds I've liked in the past decade. Turns out, not even close. None of the included tips give a good seal and good sound quality. I tried the double flange from my OG Pros, those do, but they cause the buds to sit so far in my ears it hurts. I tried 2 different sets of third party tips, all no go. Without a good seal, there's no bass, sound quality is middling, and noise cancellation doesn't work. So, guess I'm sticking with the originals. What a bummer.

Bought these for my wife to upgrade her Powerbeats Pro. And these do not disappoint.

I really wanted to like these and gave them a good attempt but there were just too many negatives that made it to where I could justify keeping them for the price. I’ve had the Beats Fit Pros since they were released and I was really hoping the Powerbeats 2 would be an upgrade over them but with ear hooks. But alas they were not and in almost every way they were a downgrade. The sound is absolutely horrible with these and they are the least “Beats sounding” Beats I’ve ever used. They are incredibly tinny where the highs are way too pronounced to the point where it made my ears hurt. The mids are almost non existent and the lows (bass) are there but i had to turn up the volume in order to hear. Again i really tried to tweak the sound by changing out the ear tips for a better seal and while the XL’s provided the “best” sound they were uncomfortable because they were too big for my ears. Beats really missed the mark with these and I feel like they were a major step back.

I wanted to like these despite all the negative reviews I read. However, those negative reviews were spot on. In short they are less secure of a fit around the ear than the original Powerbeats Pro. If you are a weightlifter or someone who does an activity that has your head in constantly shifting positions. These will more than likely fall out. I have been using the AirPod Pro 2 with 3rd party wing tips to help stay in my ear. While those work well. I dislike having to constantly take off the ear tips to store the AirPods back in the case. I use my AirPods Pro 2 when lifting and need a secure fit. I had the original Powerbeats Pro, and they worked for a few years, but one of them kept having issues charging or connecting. Also, sometimes, despite being stored in the case, they wouldn't charge. I gave up on them once it became too regular an occurrence and the warranty expired.
