Disappointed with charging
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Same issue with charging as the first model. One of them never connects properly and the battery drains. I’ve also had issues with it reconnecting repeatedly. But when it works, it works well. The sound is good and clear. The noise cancelling is really good.

They Ok..
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, these are not better than the original Beats pros. Sound qaulity is not as crisp. They seem to come from around the ear easier while doing medium to heavy workouts, and phone calls get statics from time to time. All in all, if I had a choice, the original beat pro would have been a re-purchase for me instead of the pro 2. I do like the slimmer, not so bulky look.

Connection issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These power beats pro2 might be good for my iPhone but to use them on my new 65” qn65qn90dafxza smart tv, these will connect but if you change channels or pause the station these Powerbeats will drop out and you have to reconnect every time. Yes both the tv and Powerbeats have the latest software for $250.00 for the pair. DONT BUY

Meh!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Beats Studio Buds previously and these aren’t really worth the price jump but they’re good. I don’t think they were made for glasses ‘wearers’. Not as loud as you’d expect them to be either.

Good, but inconsistent with features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall they're good. I hear well. People hear me well. Noise cancellation works very well. I've seen other reviews note that the volume isn't as loud as the OG Pros. I think I agree with that feedback, but maybe it's a safety thing...or i'm just getting old and losing my hearing. Range is good and I have no issues with connecting. They went in the opposite direction with the on/off button. OG Pro button was super sensitive and this one requires a bit of manhandling, lol. My conns are honestly 2 "bonus" features to the functionality of the earbuds themselves. 1. The wireless charging is trash at best. Super inconsistent, struggles to stay connected which causes the charging indicator noise to trigger constantly. This happens no matter what wireless charger I use. 2. The "Find My" feature on Beats products as a whole (and perhaps all Apple products) is spotty, but for these PBP2s it's HORRIBLE. I am literally holding my pod next to my phone with the feature activated and nothing is happening. This was a huge selling point for me because the ADHD loses track of things often. Not being able to leverage this feature with dependability is a giant turn off...especially for the price. That said, 3 stars.

Overall, just okay
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones about a year ago, and unfortunately the left speaker has already blown. I did use them heavily—around 4–8 hours a day—so they definitely saw consistent use. The sound quality is solid, the battery life is excellent, and the ANC performs well. However, the durability is disappointing, especially for a $250 pair of headphones that didn’t even last a full year. I was really excited about these since I loved the previous generation, which makes it even more frustrating that they didn’t hold up as expected.

Don't stay secure when you run and sweat
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like these. I had the original Powerbeats Pros for over five years and loved them. After a week with these, it's obvious Apple missed the mark. PROS: Better Sound Quality - they don't have as much bass as the originals but it's still a good amount and there's more clarity with other levels. As long as you find the right ear tip (five are given), you should be good. Connectivity - these connect faster than the originals. I bounce between a Samsung Galaxy 23 and a Garmin Venu 2 and these connect to either pretty quickly. Charging - the originals really had a problem charging in the case. Sometimes, one wouldn't connect or stay connected and then I'd pull it out of the case only to find it dead. These new ones have much stronger magnets and after a few issues the first day I got them, I never had any problems charging. CONS: Fit/Stability - this is my biggest problem and why I'll be returning them. The whole purpose of headphones with hooks is that you have an active lifestyle and want the security of making sure they stay in. THESE DO NOT STAY IN!!! Sure, for a workout you'll be fine but go running outside and sweat even a little and they start moving around. I cycle and wouldn't even dare bring these along as I feel one would pop out down a long hill. Usability - the buttons on this thing are in a weird place. Before, the main button was on the side, so you just pressed it easily. But now they've put the button at the base of the headphones, where it goes into your ears. So, anytime you want to change a song, you have to press them into your ear canal. Anytime I wanted to jump more than two songs I used my watch because it was more comfortable. Also, the volume rocker is a little awkward to reach. Ultimately, these headphones are fine for casual users who want something to use at the gym or when walking around. But if you have a more active lifestyle and do a lot of outdoor activities, these will let you down. That's what I got with the original Powerbeats and what I expected with the sequel.

Good but no voive isolation or EQ settings
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the best Samsung earbuds and several other cheap earbuds. These have a good sound but I have one very very big complaint and it has nothing to do with the fit or how they stay on my ears. Beats is owned by Apple and they do not allow voice isolation on these as they do for Apple users. I have tried everything and there is no setting change and have voice isolation as you can with other earbuds when you have them on. I also cannot adjust the EQ while using these on their app as I can on other earbuds. They do sound good and I love that the way they fit for working out and being active but for the price should be able to have the voice isolation like they do on the Apple version. I get it though it's all about forcing people to try to use Apple products. Not gonna happen....

Won't fall off while working out, but...
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these as an upgrade for workouts instead of my AirPods Pro 2. These are well constructed and feel comfortable in the ear, but the hook part ends up being painful when worn for more than 10 minutes. The sound was slightly elevated, although it sounded tinny when in transparency mode. Battery life was great. I still prefer my AirPods for sound quality and comfort.

Wanted to like these!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sound.... not that I had audiophile expectations from a pair of sports earbuds, but man! the sound is not what I expected (lacking in every aspect) I know each Beats generation of earbuds has refined their previously sculpted sound to a more "neutral" approach but these Powerbeats Pro 2 are NOT it. Everything else is fine, the fit, smaller charging case, build quality, etc. but I needed more for those $179 bucks that Apple is charging, and I certainly wouldn't pay full MSRP @ $249 for these. At sub $179 around $140-$150 I can deal with. the doodoo sound but yeah, that's a big NO for me dawg

not worth it if you have an airpod pro2
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using this product for about a week now, and I find that my Apple AirPods Pro have more bass and features than these. That said, I love the functionality of the buttons and how they fit in my ears. However, I do find them a bit finicky regarding their position. Typically, I have to insert them into my ears and then rock the AirPods forward to get better bass. Otherwise, the music quality sounds awful unless they are perfectly positioned. Other than that, they work okay. I also don’t like the fact that they don’t automatically mute when you talk; you have to do it manually. There are a lot of functionalities that the AirPods Pro 2 have that are missing here, so keep that in mind before spending as much money as you might on these.

Didn't meet Expectations
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the all new Power Beats Pro 2's and was very excited to try them out after reading the specs on them. After listening to them, the sound quality is loud only if you have both buds in your ear, inwhich i like wearing just one at a time for working purposes and so they don't both go out at the same time. And when played at full volume the music started to sound distorted. There's not enough bass in them as the specs claimed they would have. They are smaller and lighter around your ear than the Power Beats Pro's. The heart monitor feature is good but I have that on my watch. As much as I wanted to like them , I returned them. Maybe better qualities on the next version.

volume not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earphones are super comfortable and i really wanted to love them but they are not loud at all. I am a runner and i could hear myself breath. Noise cancellation not good at all. The last version is better, they should combine both models and they would be perfect. I returned the item.

Unfortunately disappointed with Pro 2s.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently tried these out while exercising. Unfortunately, from the start I was a bit disappointed. The earbuds are pretty small. I would say I have large ears. They were annoying to get onto my ears. They definitely were secure once, on but getting them on was annoying. Second and most important to me, I really didn't like the way they sounded. I think the voice and treble are bit too boosted and it didn't sound good. They had like a hollow like sound. I have AirPods 4 and those sound noticeably better with a fuller sound if that makes sense. For those two reasons, the fit being the main one, I ended up returning them. I can't speak much on other things because I returned them before using them a lot. I ended up purchasing the Powerbeats Fit. Those also have a hollow sound but it is more tolerable than the Pro 2 for me. Honestly, if AirPods 4 fit your ears well enough that they don't fall out easy you may want to save some money and get those. They sound great and noise cancelling works surprisingly well for not being in ear. Overall, I would say if you have larger ears or don't like over emphasized voice/treble then you may want to think twice about these.

AirPods Pro 2 are better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried switching to these from some older AirPods Pro 2s that are wearing out. The beats are more comfortable and of course stay in place almost no matter what you do, so much so that I really wanted to like them. However, the sound quality is awful in comparison. I tried comparing back to back and with the firmware update released 2/13 as well. Nothing could change that these sound muffled and lifeless compared to the AirPods. It sounds almost like you’re listening to a heavily compressed YouTube video. Returned them as I couldn’t stand just how much of a difference it was.

Good built but was expecting better
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the beats pro also the air pod pro. I wanted to up date my beats pro to the pro2 it fun and the ANC is great but it the little things that cause me to return. That is the button, the beat pro button does a better job at responding than the beats pro 2 on the beats pro two i have to to actually press hards than my slightly tap on the beats pro. I like all the other features of the beats pro 2 but it is the button response for me, should have a better haptics feel/touch, also the toggle sounds between ANC or skiping/pausing is annoying that I can not turn off the sound or lower the toggle sound volume. I will keep me old beats pro, and wait to see if they will make a beats pro 3. My airpod pro 2 does a really good job of noise canceling. I don’t realy care for the heart rate monitors on the beats casue I have that on the watch. Over all good production however not for me after a few days I retuned to the store. I expected better than this from Apple, we needs haptic touch on the beats not a force touch, plus the toggle sound needs work.

Good sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is great but the fit for me is off. They cause soreness in my ear and I can’t get a good seal so when I am running the headphones are moving around a lot making the headphones sound quality poor. I tried all the different earbud sizes but ended up using the earbuds from the previous generation power beats which helped with the fit.
