So dissapointed

However, everything everyonce else is saying about them is true. The bass is nonexistent and they do give you a headache. They were ruining my workouts. Also the noise canceling was mediocre. I retured them after three days. I will say they are beautiful (I purchased the sand color) but no thanks. Oh also when I try to adjust them I kept accidentally pausing the music.

The volime is too low, Very difficult to answer and make calls.. horrible...I'd love to get my money back and have apple improve upon these bad shortcomings

Very comfortable when you finally break them in, but get ready for connection issues on iOS, Windows, and Android. When they worked correctly, it was awesome. When they became inconsistent, it was never working when I needed them.

This was my third set (lost one on a trip). These were painful to wear. The piece that goes behind the ear hurt. I thought theyd loosen up, but nope. Then the case quit charging. Had them less than a month and returned them.
