I bought open box but these suck

The right one always dies way before the left one. This is my first beats experience as I normally get Samsung. They feel very cheap versus the ones I had before.

Sound quality is severely lacking. These sound like a 10 dollar set from Amazon. I’m definitely hoping for an update soon otherwise these are going back.

These are overpriced, uncomfortable and poorly designed. Save $150 and get the JLab Epic Sport ANC 3.

They make a funny noise when you’re talking on the phone like you are on a static radio. The noise cancellation is garbage when I’m on the plane. I can still hear everything that’s going on.
