I’m disappointed in this product. I love the powerbeats and have been waiting for an upgrade for years but they missed the mark on this on. They could’ve added so many features like the airpods but choose to not for some reason. It not very comfortable either

Sound qualit was not great and these hurt my ears after an extended period of time. I returned after two days.

For the price, I am highly disappointed with these headphones, the sound of music is horrible, and they're too sensitive to the touch, when adjusting them while in your ear the slighest touch changes or pauses the music either. I would return them if allowed.

they dont stay in my ear while working out. the loop that goes around ear is way too big for me.

There was nothing wrong with the product. The issue I had was finding the right earpiece to fit my ear so that noise cancelling would work properly.

The sound is very high pitch. Even with adjusting. Hurts the ears. Unfortunately can no longer return.

So much worse than the original Powerbeats Pro. No better than any other earphones. Not worth the money!

The original beats by dre before Apple was amazing. These are trash.

Awful! Tried to replace previous version but these are not noise cancelling at all! Very disappointed. I transitioned from PowerBeats Pro to AirPods Pro 2. Love the AirPods sound and noise cancelling.

I never got out of the Best Buy parking lot. Returned them immediately. Sound quality is not nearly as good as headphones in that price range, or even earlier models.

Ordered as an excellent open box but it was missing a set of earpiece tips. It was supposed to come with 5 but only had 4.

Let me start out by saying I have tried out EVERY critically reviewed earphone on the market: AirPods Pro Gen 2, Galaxy Buds Pro, Sony WF-1000XM, Bose Ultra QuietComfort, Sennheiser, Raycon, and etc. I have been a journey for the perfect earphones for myself and all of the ones I’ve tried out comes with some kind of setback when comes to an audiophile wanting to find something for normal and activewear. The Powerbeats Pro Gen 2 hits all of the marks for me: High-def sound with customization via Apple Music, 5 different earbud tips to find the perfect, a design that never falls out of your ear, sweat proof, and great for calls on the go. It has 10 hours a charge as opposed to the AirPod Pro Gen 2’s 6 hours a charge. And was design to be smaller and lighter than Beats’s previous model. I always wanted to try the first gen Powerbeats but I knew the next iteration would be coming in soon. I just didn’t think it was take about 5 years of waiting. The only thing I would change I would do is change the HR feature for wireless charging since no one asked for it and it doesn’t seem to work that great. I highly recommend it if you are looking for the things I talked about.

Did not pair correctly to Apple Watch. Went to Apple Store recommended to return to store.

Second open box pair I buy that doesnt come with the medium tips. Is this normal ? Decription says it comes with all original accessories or suitible replacement.

Kept shorting out, kept disconnecting, not worth the price
